1. What this is
This is a publishing tool that delivers video you have already produced to social accounts you control. It runs on your own computer. These terms cover your use of the tool and of this website.
2. Your accounts
- You may connect only accounts you own or are authorised to operate.
- You are responsible for what you publish, including any caption, hashtag or cover you supply.
- You remain bound by the terms of each platform you connect. Nothing here overrides them.
- You can disconnect at any time, from the tool or from the platform's own settings.
3. Your content
Your video and copy remain yours. We claim no licence over them. The tool does not modify, re-encode or watermark your media — it delivers the file you produced.
4. Publishing is your decision
The tool is deliberately built to stop short of publishing on its own:
- TikTok content is delivered as a draft. You post it yourself in the TikTok app.
- Instagram preparation and publication are separate actions, and publishing requires you to confirm that exact file and account.
- YouTube uploads are private until you change that yourself.
Where you do instruct it to publish, you are the publisher.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the tool to post content you do not have the rights to, including music.
- Do not use it to evade a platform's posting limits, moderation, review, or account rules.
- Do not use it to operate accounts you have not been authorised to operate.
6. Availability
The tool depends on interfaces the platforms provide and may change or stop working when they change. Access is arranged directly and may be withdrawn. There is no uptime commitment, and no commitment that any particular platform will remain supported.
7. No warranty
The tool is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for checking that what was delivered is what you intended before you make it public.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost revenue or reputation, or for anything arising from content you chose to publish. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Privacy
How your data is handled is set out in the privacy policy.
10. Changes
If these terms change, the date above changes with them. Continuing to use the tool means you accept the current version.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
